Responsibilities:

As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will support client-facing campaigns while developing practical skills in communication, strategy, and revenue growth:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and sales campaigns for business clients

  • Participate in on-site client consultations, identifying goals and recommending tailored solutions

  • Represent client brands in a professional, results-driven environment

  • Support the sales team with proposal preparation, follow-ups, and pipeline management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities

  • Track campaign performance, manage data, and support reporting processes

  • Collaborate with senior team members and contribute ideas for client acquisition and retention


What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be able to work on-site in Houston, TX

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional demeanor and confidence in client-facing settings

  • Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and eagerness to learn

  • Strong organization and time-management abilities

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
