Responsibilities:
As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will support client-facing campaigns while developing practical skills in communication, strategy, and revenue growth:
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and sales campaigns for business clients
Participate in on-site client consultations, identifying goals and recommending tailored solutions
Represent client brands in a professional, results-driven environment
Support the sales team with proposal preparation, follow-ups, and pipeline management
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities
Track campaign performance, manage data, and support reporting processes
Collaborate with senior team members and contribute ideas for client acquisition and retention
What We’re Looking For:
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work on-site in Houston, TX
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and confidence in client-facing settings
Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and eagerness to learn
Strong organization and time-management abilities
Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
